Before venturing into entrepreneurship, John proudly served in the United States Army—his time in the military instilled values of discipline, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Upon retiring, he decided to channel these qualities into a new mission: building dreams through design.

Beyond his professional achievements, John finds true joy in his role as a husband and father. With a loving wife and four wonderful children, family values are at the core of Radius Design. Meet Kristi Olson, Marketing and Design

Kristi Olson has been an integral part of Radius Design since its inception in 2016. Initially balancing her role in the firm with her own graphic design business, Kristi has recently transitioned into a full-time position at Radius Design to support the company’s growth and expanding needs. With her expertise in marketing and design, she leads the rebranding and redesign efforts, including a new website and daily updates featuring the latest ready-to-build plans. In addition to her marketing role, Kristi manages payroll and other essential office functions, ensuring smooth operations at the firm.

Although her focus has shifted to Radius Design, Kristi continues to work on select graphic design projects through her freelance business, kristisimmonsdesign.com. Her commitment and creativity are key to Radius Design’s success and ongoing development.
