Project Overview:
A new garage and a second-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) addition. The project involved designing and constructing 800 square feet of new space, seamlessly integrated with 2,300 square feet of existing home. As part of the transformation, two existing garage bays were converted into two tandem garage bays to optimize space utilization. Our scope of work encompassed building plans, site plans, engineering, structural drafting, and navigating the complexities of building permit representation.

Optimized Space: Two existing garage bays were reconfigured into two tandem garage bays, maximizing the utility of the space. This transformation allowed for more vehicles to be accommodated without increasing the footprint of the building.

2-Story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU): The addition of a second-story ADU provided expanded living quarters. This versatile space could be used for family members and guests or as a rental unit, making it an ideal investment.

Comprehensive Planning: Our scope of work included creating detailed building plans, which served as the blueprint for the construction. These plans incorporated all aspects of the project, from the layout and structural elements to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Site Plans: Besides the building plans, our team prepared site plans that considered landscaping, drainage, and access, ensuring that the project integrated seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
