Description

Here is a project that needed a simple bedroom and bathroom addition to a single-family home. Spanning 225 sq.ft., seamlessly integrated into the existing 1,575 sq. ft. structure, this addition prioritizes both functionality and aesthetics. We avoided altering the existing structural components by replacing a window with a new door. The design matches angles and roof materials, seamlessly blending with the original architecture. This thoughtfully planned bedroom addition not only expands living space but also enhances the overall flow of the home, offering a harmonious retreat with easy access to the serene backyard.
