The Shepard | Home Addition

Description

Located in Bend, OR, the Shepherd Remodel is a comprehensive transformation of a one-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home, now boasting a bonus study and a two-car garage. Originally 1,800 square feet, the project added an additional 800 square feet, bringing the total living space to 2,600 square feet. We also expanded the outdoor living area with 600 square feet of new covered porch space.

The scope of work was extensive, including demolition plans, new floor plans, updated elevations, and new roof engineering. Additionally, a custom tool shed was designed and built to complement the home. Landscape grading plans with retaining walls were also created to enhance the property’s outdoor aesthetics and functionality. This project exemplifies our commitment to blending form and function in residential design.
