This project features a simple yet elegant 225 sq.ft. bedroom and bathroom addition to a single-family home. Seamlessly integrated into the existing 1,575 sq.ft. structure, this addition prioritizes both functionality and aesthetics. By replacing a window with a new door, we avoided altering existing structural components. The design matches angles and roof materials, blending perfectly with the original architecture. This thoughtfully planned bedroom addition not only expands the living space but also enhances the overall flow of the home, offering a harmonious retreat with easy access to the serene backyard.
