Return and Refund Policy

At Radius Design, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our digital products and services.

2. Digital Products

Definition: Digital products include, but are not limited to, downloadable content, software, e-books, and online courses. We offer home plans, that you would receive printed and use as instructions to build a structure.

2.1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or incorrect selection.
• Incompatibility with the customer’s device or software.
• Failure to download or access the product due to customer-related issues.

2.2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days at info@radiusdesign.net with proof of the duplicate charge.
• Download Issues: If you’re unable to download or access the product due to server errors or file corruption, please reach out within 7 days for assistance or a replacement link.

3. Services

WE do not offer services with out Home Plans Products. The plans come as is. Definition: Services refer to non-tangible products such as consultations, design work, and other professional services.

• Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
