Ever wonder what it takes to build your dream home? Radius Design has broken it down into 5 phases to give you an idea of what to expect.
Phase I
We do an initial review of the Site Plan, Floor Plan, and create a 2D drawing to to make sure the vision of the project is on target.
Phase 2
We work hard to minimize surprises by providing costs, building materials, and a timeline upfront. You can expect defined and detailed drawings used for bids, financing and HOA approvals.
Phase III
Hello Pinterest! Give us your favorite ideas and we will design the interior living spaces, ceiling plan, lighting plan, interior elevations, sections, and special design details (literally we can do anything).
Phase IV
Everything is approved by you, and all plans are packaged and ready for permitting. Everyone knows the permit process is a nightmare, so we do offer permitting services.
Phase V
Once the permits are issued, the construction phase begins. We will be there through any requests from the building inspector, contractor, sub-contractors, or interested parties.
